Received our sample which was very expensive considering the size. $50 with shipping. We ordered a sample from a company in the the UK the previous week for less than $15 including shipping. It would be different if the "sample price" was deducted from a full order. Regardless we do intend to order. Unfortunately the day after we got our sample the size of runner we need was out of stock. Quoted 8-15 weeks wait.

This rug is just stunning! It has the most beautiful design. It looks exactly the way it looks on the website. It is soft and has the perfect texture. It has truly transformed our family room and I love it!

Great customer service and follow up

This was my 5th Well Woven rug. It arrived folded up and not very well protected. Carriers throw packages around, so my new rug arrived wrinkled, stretched, and scuffed. Im not sure the wrinkles will go away because the base fabric is literally stretched. Their rugs also have a greasy, plastic smelling residue that, once gone, removes the popping color that is shown in the photos. My original choices were either out of stock, or preorder indefinitely.

The rug definitely met and exceeded expectations. The colors and pattern were well represented with the images online and the thickness was more than I was anticipating, particularly for this price. The border trim was a little sloppy on a few corners, but I'm being picky. Very happy with the purchase and well woven has a great product with fast service.

I’ll start by saying that the quality of the carpet is good. However it is not to spec. First the color is off. The picture and name indicate it’s a beige and tan color. Most of it is but there’s also a very distinct green in the runner. Second, I ordered 27” wide runner. It came exactly 25.5” therefore I could not use it. I immediately reached out and they responded quickly. However the boiled down response was that they tell you it can be up to 5% smaller but that within their manufacturing standards and since this is a custom runner it’s not returnable. UNACCEPTABLE !! I pointed out that the runner is slightly smaller than their 5% rule that’s buried in some Q and As on their website. And their answer was it’s only slightly smaller than 5% so we considered that within our guidelines. Excuse me? Math is math. And 25.5 is not 5% of 27. For my trouble and additional expenses, they offered a 10% refund. Also unacceptable! How about send me what I asked for. How is it that a lower end store can find a way to produce the measurements exactly but this place cannot?? Also how is this a custom runner when I chose from specifications that were marked “in stock” on your site (other shorter lengths were not available) and it shipped the next day. They also said that this carpet is mass produced so they cannot guarantee the exact width. This is such a deceptive practice for a business and they should be ashamed.

Perfectly fits my new homes hallway!

We have a long (30’) hallway leading to bedrooms and the runner we purchased fits perfectly. Color and thickness all match web site pictures and description. I like feel of rug with my bare feet.

We purchased a Custom Size Runner - Oswin Floral Grey. We were impressed with the quick turnaround from ordering it to receiving it. The runner is the perfect size for our long foyer, and it is beautiful. We are very pleased with the quiet elegance it brings to our foyer. If Well Woven only offered a rug mat in the size of our runner, it would be a great addition. It really needs a nice mat underneath it.

I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of this rug. I submitted photos clearly showing the poor workmanship - the surging is uneven and sloppy, and the rug itself was cut unevenly.

I was told my concerns would be forwarded to the appropriate team, but I never received any follow-up.

At this price point, I expect far better quality control and attention to detail. Issues like this should not make it past inspection. Based on this experience, I’m hesitant to place another order.
