This style is called Liza, part of our Feather collection. It is designed for people who want the softness and decorative presence of shag with a polished, light-reflective finish.

Liza combines shorter twisted yarns with longer, finer fibers to create a smooth feel and subtle metallic luster. The approximately 2-inch pile is moderately plush: soft and textural underfoot without being excessively dense or heavily cushioned.

Powder White is a soft, dimensional white with a slight silvery luster—cleaner than ivory and gentler than a stark optic white.

Instead of arranging your room around a standard rug size, choose measurements based on your furniture, floor plan, and the amount of exposed flooring you want to preserve. It is especially well suited to oversized seating areas, bedrooms, open-plan rooms, and spaces with uncommon proportions.

Once you submit your dimensions, your rug is cut and expertly serged on all four sides in our Pennsylvania workshop. The finished edge gives it the complete, tailored appearance of a decorative area rug—not a loose piece cut from a carpet roll.

Vacuum using suction only; do not use a rotating beater bar. Blot spills promptly and spot clean with mild detergent and water. Do not machine wash or bleach. A properly sized rug pad is recommended.

Unpacking

Rug arrives factory rolled (or folded, if flat-woven) and may have creases from packaging and storage. Normally flattens within 5-7 days. Expedite by rolling, pattern side up, and massaging creases to loosen them. Laying out in a sunny room helps further loosen the backing.

Note: slight size variations (up to 5%) are normal due to the nature of how all rugs are produced, so expect a little wiggle room!

Cleaning & Long-Term Care

Vacuum regularly with non-beater bar vacuum. For spills, remove excess and blot with a clean cloth dampened with lukewarm water. Repeat with a solution of water and detergent. Finish by Blotting with water and a clean white cloth.

For long term soiling, or a particularly difficult stain, you may need to have your rug cleaned by a professional. Be sure to let them know what made the stain, as well as the construction and fiber content of your rug.

Rug Pad

Use of a rug pad is recommended to reduce slipping and extend the life of your rug. The pad's can keep your rugs in place and prevent them from bunching and sliding while children or pets are playing or during normal daily use.
